Audax Books is an independent small press that began in Ontario, Canada. It officially launched in summer 2018 between three university friends. Since 2019 we are spread between Florida, Canada, and Europe.
Our mission is to be 'bold' by bringing new voices to the attention of readers. Fiction, and how it relates to modern day, is of interest to us, as is non-fiction gleaned from social media, the Darknet, or minimalist biographies with a leaning towards current affairs. |
Imagine if.... and if was... and if we printed it... and it saved the world. Just imagine.

A New Era
|
Oh no, not another indie publisher. Not another dead duck! Hopefully not. Just like our books, we hope that our focus will also be novel. We believe there are entire breeds of unclassifiable books and that reading for pleasure is not dead. We are particularly keen to reflect how it feels to live as a Millenial or a Generation Z.
|
We are dedicated to discovering new voices by keeping an eye on social media and the Dark Net for talent to curate and turn into long-form stories. Out there, on the net, we believe are independent spirits who perhaps never saw themselves as authors but have strong stories and loud voices.
